一、学院简介
河南大学商学院前身可追溯至1927年设立的中州大学经济系，著名经济学家、社会活动家罗章龙、关梦觉等曾在此任教。20世纪80年代以来，历经财经系、经贸管理学院等阶段，1999年组建管理学院，2002年更名为工商管理学院，2015年更名为商学院。
现有工商管理博士后科研流动站，工商管理一级学科博士点，企业经济学、国民经济学、金融学二级学科博士点；工商管理、管理科学与工程、应用经济学三个一级学科硕士点、MBA、MPAcc、资产评估、工程（物流工程）四个专业学位硕士点；工商管理、会计学、市场营销、财务管理、人力资源管理、电子商务、物流管理七个本科专业，其中会计学专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点；拥有工商管理、管理科学与工程2个省一级重点学科，河南省软科学基地“河南省物流与区域经济研究发展中心”，建有河南大学现代物流研究院、工商管理研究所等12个研究机构。现有教职工111人。其中教授17人，副教授60人，具有博士学位57人，教育部高等学校工商管理类专业教学指导委员会委员1人，中国注册会计师（非执业）7人，河南省优秀教师2人，河南省特聘教授1人，河南省高校科技创新人才支持计划3人，河南省高校青年骨干教师培养计划8人，河南省教育厅学术技术带头人12人，河南大学特聘教授3人、黄河学者1人。目前在校全日制本科生2000余人、研究生500余人。

1.在教育部认可的国内外科研院所、高校取得博士学位者，专业为工商管理、管理科学与工程、应用经济学、统计学等相关专业；
2.热爱科研，治学严谨，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的团队合作意识，愿意结合自己的强项延展研究方向，积极完成合作导师分配的研究任务；有较强的英文基础，具有独立工作能力，能独立开展研究工作；
3. 博士后的任期一般为两年，可以延期。对符合条件的博士后，出站后学院可全职聘用。
4.年龄一般在35岁以下，心理身体健康，特别优秀人才可适当放宽年龄限制。

五、薪资待遇
享受校聘副教授级别的保险、福利等待遇，学校另提供6万/年的工作津贴，学院将跟据表现提供最多6万/年的补助，综合年收入22万人民币左右。另有各类博士后基金可以申请。师资博士后合同期满后，通过学院考核，可直接转聘为讲师/副教授。

I. Brief Introduction
The Business School of Henan University was established in 1927 and known as Department of Economics of Zhongzhou University. The economist and social activist Luo Zhanglong and Guan Mengjue, and many other famous people once taught here. Since the 1980s, it has served as the Department of Finance and Economics, then as the School of Economic and Trade Management. It was named as the School of Management in 1999, and renamed as the School of Business Administration in 2002. In 2015, it adopted its present name as Business School of Henan University.
So far there are Postdoctoral Research Flow Station of Business Administration, doctoral degree discipline of Business Administration (first-level), and 3 doctoral degree disciplines (second-level) of Enterprise Economics, National Economics and Finance. There are three master’s degree disciplines (first-level) of Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering, Applied Economics, and 4 professional master’s degree disciplines of MBA, MPAcc, Asset Assessment, Logistics Engineering. The school has seven undergraduate majors: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, E-commerce, Logistics Management, among which Accounting is rated as the first-class national undergraduate professional construction site. It has two provincial-level key disciplines of Business Management, and Management Science and Engineering. It owns a Henan soft science base: “Henan Logistics and Regional Economic Research and Development Center”. And Henan University Modern Logistics Research Institute, Institute of Business Administration and other twelve research institutions are built here. Among 111 faculty members, there are 17 professors, 60 associate professors, and 57 members with doctorates, one coming from Ministry of Education Teaching Guidance Committee of Business Administration Specialty for Higher Education, seven Chinese Certified Public Accountants (non-practitioner), two Excellent Teachers of Henan Province, three talents from Provincial Plan of Science and Technology Innovation Talent in Henan universities, eight talents from provincial plan of Young Backbone Teachers in Henan universities, twelve academic leaders of Education Department in Henan Province, three Distinguished Professors of Henan University and one Yellow River Scholar. At present, more than 2000 full-time undergraduates and 500 graduate students are registered in Business School of Henan University.
II. Talents to Recruit
Talents could apply for the full-time or part-time postdoctors and postdoctoral faculty.
III. Recruitment Information
1. Talents who got their doctoral degree in domestic and foreign scientific research institutes and universities recognized by the Ministry of Education shall be majoring in Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering, Applied Economics, Statistics and other related majors;
2. Talents shall be passionate with scientific research, academically rigorous, hardworking, and have a good sense of teamwork. They shall be willing to combine their strengths to expand the research direction, and actively complete the research tasks assigned by the cooperation tutor. They shall have a great English foundation and independent work ability to carry out science research.
3. The two-year term of post doctorate could be extended. The school could recruit qualified postdoctors for full-time job after they completing academic work in postdoctoral term.
4. The age is generally under 35 years old. And the employee should be mentally and physically healthy. The age limit can be appropriately adapted for the outstanding talents.

V. Remuneration and Welfare
Recruited talents would be provided with all the insurances, welfare and other benefits at the level of associate professor in our university. And the university will offer work allowance of 60000 RMB per year and the college will provide work allowance of nearly 60000 RMB per year according to their performance. Therefore, the comprehensive annual income would be around 220000 RMB. In addition, all kinds of postdoctoral funds can be applied for. Once faculty postdoctoral contract expires, the faculty could be directly recruited as lecturer or associate professor after passing the college assessment.
